Eatery De Stadstuin

This cozy eatery is located in a central location in Groningen, the Hereweg. From the front, you can't imagine how attractive and spacious the garden behind the eatery is. The garden is partly covered and equipped with heaters. So you can also enjoy the garden to the fullest when the weather is not so good.

During this package, you can choose between only a main course (choice of 4 options, including vegetarian) for €35, - p.p., including the city tour. Or you can opt for a carefully prepared 3-course menu for €45, - p.p., including the city tour.

When filling out the booking form, please indicate in comments which menu option you choose.

Eetcafé de Stadstuin is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 p.m.

"Really an enjoyable cruise around the canals where you have a different view of Groningen from the boat. The boat was comfortable with a glass roof, drinks and snacks available to purchase and a toilet on board.

Fun activity for the whole family

The city tour is a very fun activity to do with the family. In one hour you sail through the canals of Groningen and get info on the different sights. The drinks were well taken care of. Definitely recommended! Not only for people outside the city of Groningen, but also as city dwellers we found it very fun.

The various activities last approximately:

City boat tour: 1 hour
Bowling: 1 hour
Museum visit between: 1 - 2 hours
Dinner at't Pannekoekschip: 1.5 - 2 hours

Beer tasting at De Prael: 1.5 hours

The final duration depends on the type of activities you have chosen. On top of that, please make sure you take the travel time between locations in consideration.

Is there a toilet on board?

We have a toilet on all our boats, except for our open boat the 'Pronkjewail'.

You have the opportunity to buy refreshments on all of our boats.
