You start with a 75 minutes tour through the channels of Groningen. Our point of departure is Rondvaartbedrijf Kool across the Central Station direction Groninger Museum. This sightseeing trip gives you a unique perspective on the late mediaeval patrician houses, the beautiful bridges and the many church towers with their centuries old history.
This tour ends with a lunch at the Pannekoekschip restaurant. Here you can join the so called Pirate Banquet and eat as many pancakes as your stomach can handle. The Groningen-Nienoord cruise is a unique experience. We sail from Groningen through the oldest parts of the town and an unspoiled nature area. If you want to escape the crowded city for a day, than embark for a cruise on the "Waddenzee". We sail via the "Eemskanaal" (Eems channel) to Delfzijl, pass the floodgates of Delfzijl and go ashore at 10.30 hours. You will visit the third seaport of The Netherlands and walk across the local marketplace. At 12.30 hours you're expected back on board where a delicious lunch has already been prepared and served. When you have finished your meal we are going to sail the "Waddenzee" and with a little luck on our side we can actually see some seals in the wild!

There the lovers of seafood will have the time of there live. Another option is setting course for seaport "Eemshaven" , this depending entirely on the weather conditions and the tides.
Along the Damsterdiep channel, that was dug between the years 1537 and 1598, the villages Garmerwolde, Ten Boer, Ten Post and the Borg (manor house) Ekenstein are located.
